1	Instructions
2	1	Please read all the instructions before you start
3	2	Click on the Roster tab at the very bottom of this screen (highlighted with a blue underline)
4		You will see all the available dates for this period - morning and afternoon tours, standby slots and any pre-booked tours	Example
5		Tours that still require guides will have a yellow coloured cell - see example here >>>>>
6	3	To add your name to a date/time - identify the yellow cell and click on the down arrow and scroll down to your name (they are alphabetical by surname)	Example
7	4	Click on your name and it will be added to the cell and the cell with turn green (as you move to another cell)	John Gallery
8		Do not change or overwrite any tours with names already against them
9	5	If a tour already has the required number of Guides already assigned (cells highlighted in green), you can add your name to the standby section. These Guides will be called first should an assigned Guide no longer be able to undertake the tour.
10	6	Continue to add your name to the tours you would like to cover.
11	7	If you add the wrong name by accident, this can be easily remedied. Just click the down arrow again, locate and select your name. This will update the information. If you enter your name in a cell incorrectly, click onto that cell and then tap delete/backspace on your keyboard.
12	8	If for some reason the dropdown list of names does not appear for you, simply select the cell (date & time) you wish to assign yourself to and begin typing your name (first name, then surname) you should see you name appear. Once you see your name appear, you can then click on this to add your name to this tour.
13	9	Please do not make any other changes to the booking system spreadsheet inclduing adding new tabs and duplicating a sheet to create a copy, as this may cause issues for other Guides.
14	10	Once the tour selection period is over, the tool becomes locked for Guide updates. The only way to update your tour commitments is via the Desk Officers.
