4/23/2025 16:00:07Jeanette MacNeillejeanette@eclipseservices.comJohnson Field4/21/002511I wanted to pick up trash, but found none. Your list of preserves does not include the Giant Stairs, but that's where I was. The sign at the southern end is broken and should be replaced. Not on the road, towards the ocean on the southern end, right where the trail abuts the other (Macintosh?) property. Also, there appears to have been an accident of some sort at the northern end of the property at the end of the road. The guardrail there is broken. I am guessing this is the baileywick of the town, but it needs fixing whoever does it. 8 people, 4 carsBeautiful day, very little trash (one item). This is aftermath of road accident last year where heavy equipment overturned and landed in the marsh, creating deep ruts. A steward attempted to level out the ruts but the disturbance of the ground opened the edge of the marsh to road runoff of sand and debris. Just us.... Stewards could provide labor to move sand from marsh but we'd need insights on how to stop the current erosion / prevent future erosion. It's just a rough piece of wood.3I picked up some trash on the grounds and I walked to the beach and found some more trash down there. There is also a pallet but it was way down and I couldn't drag it the whole length so I left it but it was sitting on the beach. I washed windows. I washed the counters and swept the floor before I left.I don't know or maybe5Emma emailed

OtherI went at a very high...high tide (10.45 or so) and the dynamics of the shoreline area was unique to me. Lot of floating wood. Took a 16' aluminum skiff w/6hp and landing area used (at the point) was no problem. No

There is a downed tree across trail. It is on upper part of the loop trail, not too far from the parking lot. You can easily step over, but it has been there a while. Brochure box was empty.
