To set a new email distribution list you use both Google Groups and our Domain Registration Site

1. Go to Google Groups (google.groups.com/my-groups)

2. Create a group. Give it a unique name like "jubilee-dancers@googlegroups.com"

3. Add your own email as member or owner, so you can test the setup first

4. Log in to our domain registration site www.ez-DomainNameRegistration.com

5. Go to manage email and add a forwarding address, e.g. dancers@jubileedance.com forwards to jubilee-dances@googlegroups.com

6. Do some tests, and if it works add people as group members in Google Groups
