本站蒐集民代的表決、提案、出缺席等實際工作紀錄，也附上他們的財產申報、政治獻金、配合款，本站不作價值判斷等家長式引導，呈現資訊，將選擇的義務權利交給每個人，讓台灣由選舉公報再往下個目標前進。

「Cofacts 真的假的」是一套連結網路訊息與事實查核的協作型系統。其中：

網路訊息：透過 LINE chatbot 搜集使用者所回報的 LINE 上的轉傳訊息。
事實查核：編輯們在網路上找到的現有查證文章或是撰寫的回應。
協作型系統：任何人都可以轉傳訊息進來。並且，任何人都可以當編輯，一起在網站上面一同協作。產出的內容以 CC0 貢獻至公眾領域。

Cofacts is a collaborative system connecting instant messages and fact-check reports together. It’s a grass-root effort fighting mis/disinformation in Taiwan.

To be more specific,

Collaborative system: Anyone can forward messages to Cofacts. Furthermore, anyone can become an editor to collaborate on the website. All works is distributed via CC0 License.
Instant messages: User-reported instant messages in LINE messaging network, collected via a chatbot
Fact-check reports: Existing fact-checking articles the editors found on the internet, or replies written by the editors.

In Taiwan, politician campaign finance data is only available in paper format. To open the data, this project conducted captcha-like game to crowdsourcing OCR on 2637 pages of Control Yuan's non-digitized version of political contributions data.

Total 309k entries are translated into organized data and web API within 24 hours.

Hackfoldr is hacking briefcase. It is a tool developed to organize documents, websites, and online materials on one interface with a unified url.

Users can set up and manage a hackfoldr simply by editing a Google spreadsheet. Hackfoldr has been used to manage hackathon projects, to provide a collaborative space for government agencies, and to serve as an information hub for events such as the Sunflower Movement and the Umbrella Revolution, among many others.

Taiwan National Treasures' uses crowdsourcing and gamification to digitize image files from historical archives. The project looks to open up some closed Taiwanese archives once kept away in overseas archives.

什麼是 Blulu 量表
Blulu 是一組輔助思考的鷹架，用以分析審議、參與、資訊科技之間的新興關係。以兩位共同作者呂家華、藍一婷的姓氏來命名。

為何開發 Blulu
自 2014 佔領立院後，數位民主風潮興起，台灣治理當局引進了許多新潮的線上與線下的參與工具，同時從公民科技社群網羅技術人才。但很快地，基於工具的洗白式開放隨之出現。為了指出暗面、激起大眾對洗白式開放的警覺，Blulu 量表就此誕生。

Blulu 的目的
Blulu 的目的是提供思想上的防身武器，讓一般公民在開放政府的議題上，有能力判斷政府的宣稱與真實狀況是否符合。

如何使用 Blulu
請空出一個下午的時間，觀賞以下的演講錄影及簡報，以任何符合您學習風格的方式，將演講內容轉換成自己的知識，然後根據您個人的需求去自由應用。要特別強調的是，Blulu 只是一個幫助各位蓋房子用的鷹架，房子蓋好後，鷹架就應該拆掉，而且鷹架也還會一直改版，因此希望大家消化吸收後變成自己的工具，而不是被這些圖表框住。

What is Blulu Metrics
Blulu is a scaffold helps people thinking about the emerging relationship between deliberation, participation and information technology. Named after last names of its co-authors: Chia-Hua Lü and ETBlue.

Why is Blulu Developed
Since the Sunflower Movement in 2014, digital democracy became a rising star in Taiwan. The Taiwan Authority imported bunch of trendy online and offline participatory tools, as well as a couple of techies from the civil tech community. Yet, in no time, tools-based open washing emerged. To point out the dark side and call for public awareness of open washing, the Blulu Metrics was developed.

The Purpose of Blulu
The purpose of Blulu is to provide citizens with thinking tools of open government as self-defense weapons, empowering them to evaluate the gap between the statements from government and the real situations.

How to Use Blulu
Please spare yourself one afternoon and watch the following videos and slides. Turn the content into your own knowledge with whatever learning style you prefer, and then use it in whatever way you need. Please keep in mind that Blulu is only a scaffold that helps you build your house and should be removed as soon as the building is done. And the scaffold itself will change over time. Please digest Blulu into your own weapons and get rid of those graphics as much as possible.

過去二十年來，民間司改會一直致力於結合全民的力量，建立一個公平、正義、值得人民信賴的司法。但在推行司法改革的過程中，我們發現，司法相關資訊的不公開，或只是片面的公開，是導致人民不信任司法的重要因素之一。

這個網站的宗旨，是建立一個關於法官與檢察官公開資訊的平台。網站有系統地蒐集且整理公開資訊，讓人民更清楚了解自己所面對的，是怎麼樣的一個司法體制。同時，也讓執掌國家重大權力的法官和檢察官，適當的攤開在陽光下，讓優良者得以被看見，不良者承受應有的監督與壓力。

為了具體看見司法機關的問題所在，我們開發了法官評核系統，希望能透過法庭參與者所分享的法庭經驗，看見、解決司法系統的問題，進而提昇司法機關的信任度。

我們相信，讓陽光照進司法，讓人民能看見司法從業人員的優與劣，公開透明，才是讓人民信任司法的最好方法。
