BG22Open to all grades and meets Mondays after school in BG22. Student who like to deisgn and create 3D models can print them using the 3D printers. Students who also like to tinker with electronics or wood all welcome to design and build their own creations.

cafeteriaHigh School Homework Helpers pairs middle school learners with knowledgeable and enthusiastic mentors from Winchester High School. Our WHS volunteers sit with each McCall student to tackle homework subject by subject and problem by problem. HSHH is an opportunity for McCall students to complete their assignments and to form a relationship with a high school mentor.

Open to 6th, 7th & 8th grade students. To be eligible you must currently be a member of the band or orchestra, unless you play guitar or piano. Sign up for an audition time on the bulletin board outside of the band room. Audition requirements will be listed there. Jazz Band rehearsals are Thursdays from 3:20-4:35 in the band room. Bring your cards and join us to play casually, practice deck-building, or learn to play for the first time. Format: Most students play 60-card, but some play Commander/EDH. BG12Do you love taking pictures and enjoy freezing a moment in time? Do you play with contrasts and digital filters?Learn about the exciting world of digital photography. We will create strong compositions experimenting with a wide range of subject matter. Included in this club will be an investigation of montage collages, self portraiture, still life set ups, small and large spaces, and a visit to the Arthur Griffin Photography Museum.

Poetry ClubMr. Lee Wilson Wednesday (Begins Sept. 25)

C105Each meeting we read a new poem; poetic technique and style are examined, as well as the poet's purpose. There is then the opportunity to write your own poem, so as to practice the style and technique of the featured poem in order to gain further insight into it. A meeting typically concludes with volunteers sharing their poems.

Rubiks Cube Club & YoYo Club

BG22Do you like solving puzzles or showing off skills? Then this club is for you! Cube club is designed for beginners to experts to help them solve Rubiks cube and learn different stategies. Also new this year is yoyo club. Students can come and learn how to do yoyo tricks from our very own McCall "in house" experts! Open to all grades. Club will begin October 1st.
