We value creating a friendly, communicative, accepting home in which housemates are transparent about their needs and boundaries. The house: A 4-story townhouse built in 2009. Large common area with big kitchen, dining area and living area, wood flooring, on the second floor. Garage with room for great bike parking; automobile parking can always be found out front on the street. Cost: $830 per month (prorated for the time you are here (includes all utilities) Pets: Sorry--our lease doesn't allow any pets. Service animals would need to be brought up with the landlord.
