Housing Available6/3/2024NowOne room open for rent in 2-bedroom apartment near Greenwood Park. I am a 30 year old woman with a friendly rescue pitbull. I'm seeking a female and/or queer roommate who is in their late 20s-30s who is friendly and down-to-earth. No pets, please. I like my alone time and respect yours, and I also love a cozy home and would like it to feel easy to chat and hang out naturally at home when we're both there.

Housing Available4/10/20235/1/2024One room open for sublet to fill out a 4 person hourse. We are looking for a person who enjoys living in a shared household with fellow mature adults. This housing might be a good fit for you and for us if you're a person who: --enjoys making their house a home for themselves and their housemates by devoting time each day to maintaining a clean house --respects personal boundaries such as our (reasonable) quiet hours yet chooses to respect the not-too-strict character of the house --is aware of how they consume resources. By living together in a shared home, we hope to reduce our resources use, including electricity, water and trash production.About Us and What We Seek: We are 3 queer folks intentionally sharing our rental house located on Leschi Hill/Judkins Park neighborhood just north of the I-90 trail and just south of the C.D. (6 miles from childrens 2 from harborview). We build community at home by chilling in the common spaces after work, making food, hearing about what each of us is doing from time to time, with occasional group activities like dinner, bike/hike, outings. Though each has their own schedules and hobbies, we attempt to stay in touch with one another, and to be thoughtful about how our actions affect one another. We value creating a friendly, communicative, accepting home in which housemates are transparent about their needs and boundaries. The house: A 4-story townhouse built in 2009. Large common area with big kitchen, dining area and living area, wood flooring, on the second floor. Garage with room for great bike parking; automobile parking can always be found out front on the street. Cost: $830 per month (prorated for the time you are here (includes all utilities) Pets: Sorry--our lease doesn't allow any pets. Service animals would need to be brought up with the landlord. What is available: One bedroom 12'X12'; that's carpeted, furnished, with a closet, shared bath on the 3rd floor with north-facing window. Room is available July 2 to Oct 20. Please send a description of yourself and let us know why you want to live in shared housing--and we can set up a time to meet the roommates! We like living with creative, reflective and fun individuals who are making cool things happen in the world. You would be an important part of the house, so if you are interested in joining us, be sure to tell us a lot about yourself! Here are some questions for you, to get the conversation started: What experience do you have living in a shared household? What occupies your time during the day? What are some of your favorite things? Your passions? Why do you want to live here, and what do you think you would bring to a shared house? contact Eve|: rent98105@yahoo.com

Housing Available4/1/20248/15/2024Flexible move-in date. New 12-mo lease starts 8/15/24. 1 bed/1bath (private) available in a shared 3 bed/3bath house w/ street parking in the Windermere neighborhood. We are looking for one housemate to join two 30-something females and 1 dog in a large 3 bedroom house in the Windermere neighborhood (off Sandpoint just south of Magnuson Park). Free street parking and a short walk to central bus routes and easy to get to SCH shuttle locations.
The current third roommate is finishing up grad school at UW sometime in May and can be flexible on move in/out date. The room is in the basement & is spacious with windows looking over the backyard/patio (fits a queen bed, dressers, desk area and has a large built-in closet). There is also a full bath in the basement that is rarely used by anyone else.
The bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished but if you have pieces you love we can work to accommodate! There is plenty of storage and even a second partial kitchen in the basement that we currently mostly use for storage too. We have a small gym area set up in the unfinished part of the basement with weights and a Peloton bike.
I have a dog so we cannot accomodate cats, and dogs would be on a case by case basis. I work from home pretty much full time in tech and the other housemate works from home part time for Seattle Children's. Rent: $1,400 (may change in Aug based on any increases we get from landlord). Old redfin listing - not how it currently is furnished, but will give you an idea of the space.
