10/21/2014 7:52:55Brookdale Community CollegeBrookdale was planning to take down the three buildings along Newman Springs Rd.and put up a buffer line of trees (arborvites) in between the walking path/Police Station driveway and Route 520. They hired a firm to do a study of the buildings to ensure they are aesbestos free and lead based paint free and that proper disposal will be planned. Once a plan is created, it would be submitted to the Middletown Planning Board. Has the plan been sent to the Monmouth County Planning Board since Brookdale is under the jurisdiction of the Freeholders. Can you provide an update &
