In completing the CCTV mosaic project contracted with your institution, I pledge that I am responsible for compliance with the following security matters and submit a statement of assurance.

 1. This company (organization) returns and destroys all materials acquired by the company (group) and business participants during the course of the business, so that it does not retain any service business-related materials such as copies, and we will absolutely prohibit the leakage of the acquired information.

 2. This company (organizational) has confirmed the responsibility to comply with the same security requirements as in the above paragraph and requested a security assurance letter from the subcontractor.
