2014#159-SummitN/A70017OVDO - Deluxe OVForwardDear God, NO!N/AN/AN/AN/AThe cabin is HUGE for an oceanview! Great layout, but I hesitate to book this again. Right next to this cabin is a crew -nly fire door. It slams SO LOUD it wakes you up. People are coming through it night and day. Our neighbors, one door farther away (7003) could hear it too. In fact, they mentioned it to an officer (not sure who or what type, but he had bars on his uniform) who apologized and said they would do what they could. They would try to change the tension on the door, etc. Was still loud and it was enough of an irritant that I may not book it again even though the room was AMAZING!

2024586YesConstellationNo70027DO - Deluxe OVForwardYes and No N/A as Oceanview but view through porthole forward and of part of the helipadThis Deluxe Oceanview cabin is large with lots of space. It has a small couch, two tub chairs and a small coffee table. It is at the very front of the ship with the porthole facing forward and with a view of part of the helipad. The cabin was very quiet regarding foot traffic or hearing anything from the hallway or neighbouring cabins. However when docking or anchoring you do hear the ropes or anchor being deployed and there is vibration felt from the thrusters. The vibration was sometimes for a very short time and at others it went on for what seemed a long time particularly when reversing into a berth. This didn't worry us as we were usually awake but some may not like this noise and vibration. We would happily sail in this cabin again.

2019#452PhotosMillenniumYes70037OV-4DO - Deluxe OVPort-ForwardYes/No (See Comments)GoodLargeN/AN/AThis was an amazing cabin and even with some of the cons I would definitely book this cabin again! As far as sound, when you dock if you are a light sleeper you will hear the ropes being let out (I heard it, my son did not). Also the crew break area is near this cabin and occasionally you can hear the crew laughing and talking. The pros of this cabin SIZE and VIEW. We determined this cabin was very close to 380-400 sq feet in size. I liked the refit, however do miss the table near the sofa. We took magnetic hooks which were a lifesaver. Even fashioned a “dressing room” with them and a sheet! There was plenty of storage and I believe there is more storage after the refit than prior. I am adding some photos of the cabin, these were taken prior to bed being split into twins, but even with bed split more than enough room!

2019#478PhotoConstellationNo70047OceanviewPrime OVForward-facingYes - except for early morning (see comments)Forward facingN/AN/AN/AThis cabin had 2 upper Pullman bunks, which I believe is unusual (most only have 1), and my 2 teenagers slept in them just fine and were very comfortable. Having 2 Pullmans (instead of having one of the beds come out of the chair/couch) opens up more space in cabin that feels a bit tight with 4 adult-sized people. So, that's a big plus. The location was very convenient and the seas were smooth, so it worked out from that perspective. But, we were awoken several mornings at about 5:30 am by sounds of the ship we hadn’t heard in our other cabin locations. One morning, it sounded like an anchor was being lowered (even though I don’t think that’s what it was) and a few other mornings I think it was an outside door just below the bridge that was also accompanied by a warning bell. It wasn’t super major, but getting awoken early like that was annoying enough that I would avoid this cabin and the immediate location in the future even though the 2 Pullmans was a plus.

2014#65-ConstellationN/A702372C BalconyV2 - VerandaFar ForwardYesShip's structure partially blocks view to the right (forward). You can look straight forward or left, but the cabin should be listed as partially obscured view.standard, small: 2 chairs, 1 small tableNoNoOverall, nice. Mirrored wall makes cabin feel bigger than it is. Bathroom seemed roomier than in some cruise cabins. Individual reading lamps on each bedside table. Surprised being so far forward wasn't a problem for us. Only drawback is that view is not panoramic.

2018#423-SummitN/A70507InsideI1 - Prime InsideMidship ForwardNoN/AN/AN/AN/AThe best inside cabin I have ever booked, I love the bed position etc., feels more comfortable. This cabin is vertical oriented, that's the reason the bed is in the back wall, in the other extreme is the closest (left) and the bath (right), in the middle is the dresser area with the mirror, no sofa bed; only an individual armchair.

2014#84-SummitN/A707872C BalconyV2 - VerandaForwardFor the most partExcellentStandardNoNoMain issue with cabin is that it is an adjoining room. That created noise both from the adjoining cabin's occupants (talking, TV, etc..) but also they left balcony door open one night which created a wind tunnel affect. We called guest services and they took care of it immediately.

Room was a bit away from elevator/stairs so would have like to be a bit closer (getting fussier the more I cruise). Absolutely no noise from above or below or next door. Would book in this area again but perhaps a bit closer to midship elevator which would also move it away from the staff service room.

Living room furniture needs replacing, but overall a great suite with lots of room - nice table and chairs with a beautiful view out of the large windows. Bathtub awkward to maneuver into (very deep), but once you learn how it is a great jetted tub. Loved the walk-in closet/dressing area with a huge vanity and closet on each end - it had doors that you could shut. Lots of storage in this suite. Would definitely book again.

2019#480---SummitYes716572A VerandaV1 - Prime VerandaAft-portYesExcellentStandardNoNoLocated about 5 cabins from aft elevators, toward mid-ship, at a jog in the hallway, so it's easy to find. Across from housekeeping service area. No noise from housekeeping, but they do store cleaning cart, laundry, etc. in 'jog' while servicing cabins, which did not cause us any problems. Plenty of storage, but 'long' hanging area was not long enough for a long dress, 'short' area was not long enough for men's shirts. My pop-up hamper crowded the closet. The big chair is too small for two people. The TV is on the wall at the foot of the bed. It sticks out 3 - 4 inches from the wall and makes it impossible to walk past the bed without bending to get out of the TV's way. No sheer curtains. Too bright at sunrise and sunset. If you have to keep the black-out drapes closed for dock-side privacy or light control, you might as well book an inside room.

Large (why we chose cabin)--fit loungeronly when blowing against that side of ship a couple daysNoOf 24 past cruises incl. Summit, this particular veranda cabin was by far the smallest cabin we've ever stayed in! I guess the large balcony reduced the cabin space. We had to move the table against the window in order to access the bed. Large armchair (instead of sofa) was tight against nightstand & had worn upholstery. High lip of shower v. close to door & toilet, he fell against it 2x. Would not choose again.

We had the beds separated and it felt very roomy. Lots of drawers and shelves to store things. The beds were very comfortable and I easily stowed my 28" and 20" suitcase under my single bed. I bought two small collapsible boxes from the Dollar store and used them on the bathroom shelves, freeing up any clutter from the sink. You could do the same in the stateroom with the shelves at the dressing table. The new colors are lovely and very soothing. It's only a few steps away from the aft elevators so it was extremely convenient as you took it right up to 10 and the Oceanview Cafe in the same area. Highly recommend this cabin!

No obstructions.HUGE!NoNoAs the cabin is not revolutionized yet, however it was very clean and well maintained. There were no issues with anything. This cabin has 2 doors to enter. The outlets were sufficient as we used both types with adapters. In the sitting room with the sofa and chairs ( will sleep up to three ), the power bar ( under the tv in the cabinet) was used to charge devices as well. The balcony was unbelievable!! It’s approximately 2/3’s the size of the cabin. There were loungers, chairs, couch and 2 tables available to use. It has been rumoured that this cabin will be updated to a suite when the ship goes in to be revolutionized. Would absolutely book again. See the attached video for a quick walk through.

Balcony had a medium sized table with 4 chairs, plus 2 sun loungers. We didn't hear much noise from the bar on deck 10 (you could hear the live music faintly when outside in the early evening but it was pleasant).
