In addition to being a Suzuki teacher, Christine is the author of the books Positive Practice, Beyond the Music Lesson and Music Practice Makeover and the podcast host of Time to Practice, and Beyond the Music Lesson, found everywhere you get your podcasts. Christine's presentation will be informed by questions she receives from BKCM Suzuki parents and teachers on this anonymous questionnaire. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A.

This talk will prioritize the concerns of parents, but it is recommended that all faculty attend. Please fill out this anonymous questionnaire by December 31st so Christine can have time to hand-tailor the conversation to the community. Start the New Year right!

Eleven Suzuki students, 5th grade and older, compete in three age tiers to perform their concerto with the Brooklyn Conservatory Community Orchestra at St. Ann and the Holy Trinity Church on June 7th.

(So that performers may focus, audience members must be able to keep silent for the entirety of the performance. Recommended for children ages 7 and up.)

Don't miss this thrilling night!

Tier I (5th - 7th): 5pm-6pm
Tier II (8th-10th): 6:15 - 7:15pm
Tier III (11th-12th): 7:30 - 8pm
