Our mentor asked us to get leader roles for each stage of the design thinking; by doing so, everyone can hone their leadership abilities. Since I was a newbie to the UI/UX field, I asked for some learning resources from our team members, and they actively shared them through our WhatsApp group without hesitation. Overall the meetups were very productive, and I learned so much about UX and research-related stuff from the experiences of our mentor and other mentees.
