Check out Reinventing Organizations by Frederic Laloux. You've captured some aspects of the teal and green organization in this. Your theory seems simple, but I suspect if you have an organization that is a different development level you will run into challenges for each one of your 4 principles. This is because of the different levels/phases of development value different things and these principles might be "unable to be heard" by people operating at the level of command and control, information silos etc.
