Hey there! It's Melissa, Cofounder and CEO of eWebinar. This is the financial projections template I've used for all my businesses in the last 10 years and I'm happy to share it with you. I hope you find it helpful.

Some basic Excel knowledge is required, I have no doubt you will figure it out.

Just be mindful of editing cells that have equations in them when you input your own numbers, make sure you also adjust those equations to fit your projections.

Once you have your v1, it's super easy to keep updating this as your business evolves. I would recommend spending a few minutes every 1st of the month to keep it updated. That makes upkeeping this living document very easy.

Any investor and acquirer would be impressed with this, so many founders cannot produce this document in a short time and definitely not with this level of detail.

Your projections do not have to be exact, but you should be able to explain and defend your numbers.

With financial projections, you can answer questions like:

• Can we afford to hire this person?
• When will the business break even?
• Which subscription is driving the most revenue?
• How much money do we have to raise or borrow?
• What does the growth rate have to be each month?
