4 | What is this spreadsheet? | This spreadsheet is designed to help prospective AI scribe buyers better evaluate their potential options. It's composed of two parts: 1) Vendor Capabilities RFI: a reasonably comprehensive list of features and capabilities that can be shared with vendors to complete. Think of it as a starting point for a Request for Information (RFI). 2) Buyer Evaluation Grid: this spreadsheet closely mirrors the Vendor Capabilities RFI, but has a different purpose. Prospective buyers are meant to use it to assess a vendor's capabilities when demoing and/or piloting potential solutions. In other words, the first sheet is used to get a vendor's perspective on their capabilities and the second is used by buyers as a way to evaluate these capabilities. |
5 | Who is this for? | Provider organizations of all types and sizes, though each will need to customize to their specific process. |
6 | What's the right way to use this spreadsheet? | For most folks it's going to be making a copy of it and then customizing to their own needs. In practice, this likely means deleting a bunch of the rows on the following tabs that you don't care about and adding others that are relevant to your situation. |
