Step 1: start by deciding your own 5 core principles. They'll help guide your daily actions.Step 2: decide on 1-2 goals for the upcoming 12 weeks. Then decide 1-2 daily habits that'll help you achieve that goal. Next, copy/paste your goals and habits into the weekly tracking further below, so you can see your progress, week by week.

Step 3: when you've completed a week, move the totals to the corresponding week's column below (as I've already done). Then clear the daily scores above, so you're ready to track a new week:)
Tip: select multiple cells at a time to quickly delete their content by pressing backspace/delete.

Step 4: as with the daily tracking, the weekly tracking also has conditional formatting, coloring each cell's background, to reflect whether it's a high or a low score, relative to all scores in that row. For the daily scores, I highly recommend a scoring-range of 1-5, with 1 meaning "I didn't do it" and 3 meaning "meh... somewhat" and 5 meaning "I was totally nailed it".

Tip: when you've completed a 12-week period, you can move the new 12-week period above the one you've just completed. That way you don't have to scroll to see the current period. You do so by selecting all the rows containing the period (f.e. row 20-26 below) on the left side of the screen (don't select the cells).
