AQUA BARRE
Your favorite class brought to the water! A fabulous warm water toning class that will stregthen and lengthen your muscles in this low-impact barre workout.
AQUA FIT
This is a high energy workout in the water that combines cardio intervals, core strengthening, and balance and flexibility for a full body workout.
AQUA FUSION
A great recovery workout that focuses on flexiblity, mobility, stability, and muscular endurance while incorporating gentle cardio traveling patterns and easy to follow aqua combinations. This class is held in our Warm Water Pool.
AQUA MOTION
Let's get moving! This class uses effective and innovative ways to enhance your cardiovascular capacity, flexibility, strength, endurance and balance all in a safe, motivating environment. This class is held in our Warm Water Pool.
AQUA YOGA
Aqua yoga is a low-impact and gentle approach to yoga. It adapts the postures and principles of yoga, including breathing and mindfulness, to an aquatic environment. It is said to be a particularly relaxing, soothing and restorative form of yoga due to the effect on the body of being in water.
BETTER BALANCE PROGRAM
Designed to improve balance and coordination to help keep you upright and avoid falls; build better posture; improve strength; feel stronger, steadier, and safer; better understand the components of balance; and reduce fear of falling. CARDIO SPLASH
An intense water workout that involves the total body, cardio, toning and all the time abs- you can handle it! Cardio Splash goes way beyond what you think is possible in the water.
CHAIR YOGA
An adaptive form of Yoga accessible for all. Uses seated and standing poses on the chair for support and balance. Allows participants to modify according to their health, mobility, and current ability level.
ESSENTRICS
Essentrics is a unique, non-impact program that rebalances the body by stretching and strengthening your muscles. Essentrics draws from the strengthening principles in ballet to create long, lean muscles; the flowing and healing movements of tai chi to release chronic tension; and the neuromuscular techniques from physical therapy to increase flexibility and range of motion.
FOREVER FIT
Functional fitness class with exercises designed to help seniors maintain strength, balance, and independence. Designed for every fitness level with modifications and adaptations. Flexibility training to increase joint range of motion. Balance exercises to improve gait and confidence. Resistance training to build lean muscle and increase bone density all to the beat of the music!
HYDRO PILATES
The perfect low intensity water workout designed to strengthen the core and transform the mind and body.
HYDRO CORE
Work out your core with various exercises designed to make your body stronger. Finish off with amazing full body stretches. Held in the warm water Pool.
