Monthly Overview
2
April £200.00*** NOTES ON HOW TO USE THIS SHEET ***

• Remember to save this to your own computer or Google Drive as a copy
otherwise you'll be mixing your records up with other people!

• The overview runs from April to March like the tax year does, but if you're starting
mid-way through a year just start when you start and leave the earlier months blank.
Start a new copy when you get back around to April.

• Use full date formats (DD/MM/YYYY) when entering when an invoice is due. That means
the conditional formating will make it show up as red automatically if it's overdue.

• We have put in some examples on each sheet in italics to how how it works - make sure
to go and delete these as soon as you're ready to use the sheet.

• Suggested tax savings are based on general advice of putting away 30% for self-employed
people. This figure will be higher if you go above the higher tax bracket. This is not financial
advice, if you're in any doubt contact an accountant.
