use the "evening" column on the orders summary to check how many units of each item are required for evening orders

read notes left by lunch coord and take note of any items that are known to be missing

weigh out rest of apples, bananas etc and count to ensure none are missing

carry liquids & DIY items into mixed box room and set up on one table

collect & set up boxes to begin packing individual orders

cut order packing slips and clip one to each box - large orders need large boxes

find dry goods for evening on blue trolley

ensure the paper bags of dry goods don’t touch wet produce

leave a scale and measuring cups/scoops near DIY set up

in extras room, place clipboard with master list in prominent place with pen & highlighter

lead member stays to hand over to next shift OR if team finishes early, lead member calls to ensure someone can unlock house and team locks up and leaves
