Of the PT legal arm post Stoen defection, Harriet was the most qualified to interpret and strategize legal matters within the inner circle. Charles Garry had more experience, but was kept in the dark about Jones' growing insanity and drug use, and the role Jones' aides played in controlling the encampment. Chaikin was neutralized and ceased to be of use to PT once he was entrusted to the ECU in late 1977. This appears to be the earliest mention of the churches strategy against Stoen.					2-Standard loyalty: loyal, but has doubts. However, unable to or unwilling to leave.
