Harriet Tropp4WhiteDeceased-11/18/78San Francisco, CaliforniaLawyerAdministrative Triumvarite2A-2C(?), 3B(?), 4, 2A-2C seems to be an outline/briefing of the Medlock situation. 3B is largely illegible save for a list of names in the top right hand corner. 4 is a rough draft, maybe the first of what will eventually become FF-2-19.Of the PT legal arm post Stoen defection, Harriet was the most qualified to interpret and strategize legal matters within the inner circle. Charles Garry had more experience, but was kept in the dark about Jones' growing insanity and drug use, and the role Jones' aides played in controlling the encampment. Chaikin was neutralized and ceased to be of use to PT once he was entrusted to the ECU in late 1977. Planning CommisionRank and File1-Low loyalty: either actively trying or in the past considered defecting.
