Choose at least 4 assignments from your core or elective classes to work on or complete. (Hint: your brain works better in the morning, so choose your more challenging assignments now.)

Do some stretches, warm-up exercises, go for a brisk walk or jog, ride your bike, practice yoga, dance to favorite music, but avoid sports that bring you in close contact with others.
