I.Legal WeaponsWeapons that are not named under "Illegal Weapons" are permitted to own in California, but may be subject to ownership requirements, such as a Class 1 or Hunting License.

II.Illegal WeaponsWeapons that are strictly prohibited from being owned in the State of California, such as: MK2 Weapons, MP5s, Skorpions, and Carbine Rifles.

III.Controlled SubstanceMarijuana, Cocaine, Psilocybin, Painkillers and Methamphetamine. 4 Small baggies = 1oz. 8 joints = 1oz. anything above 1 ounce of marijuana on their persons is Illegal.
