Step 2: Use Dropdown Fields Correctly

For fields such as Deal Type, Deal Stage, and Status, always select values from the dropdown menus.

Do not type over or edit dropdown values manually.

Step 3: Track Due Diligence

Open the “Due Diligence Tracker” sheet.

Assign Due Diligence items to the relevant:

Update the Due Diligence Status as work progresses (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Completed).

Step 4: Manage the Closing Process

Go to the “Closing Checklist” sheet.

Review all required closing deliverables for each deal.

Mark each item’s status as it is completed.

Ensure all checklist items are completed before marking a deal as closed.

Step 5: Apply Date Filters

At the top of the Dashboard, select the Start Date and End Date.

All charts will automatically update based on the selected date range.
