Mission Statement - Goals of this Library
2
3
We do not disrespect any path, tradition, religion or culture. We want everyone to feel comfortable here and find resources to grow in their own direction. At the same time, we wish to educate about cultural appropriation and how "[maintaining] ones culture is key for cultural survival."
4
5
We reach out to creators and experienced witches to provide whatever help they can. This is intended to reach our goal of resource diversity and reliability. We show respect to those who take time out of their day by ensuring their name is marked in the "Who Helped" sheet, regularly updated to ensure traffic goes toward their platforms and shops.
6
7
We want to respect authors who take their time to gather, research and write out pieces to give knowledge to others. This means respecting that their work may have a pay wall. If they don't have a pay wall, we try to share directly back to their home page to ensure traffic on their sites/pages. If they do have a pay wall, they are posted in the "Paid-Work" sheet so that witches who are financially able to support the author can do so. We believe that by respecting authors and creators, more excellent content will come.

How Can I Help the Curator's Library?
10
11
1) Suggest your favorite creators join and add resources. This helps with the diversity of the library and helps you get better resources.
12
13
2) Suggest your favorite creators join and vet resources. Perhaps there is alot of unvetted resources in an area where they are well versed, by getting those more knowledgable involved it can help you all trust the resources available.
14
15
3) Share the library! Share the knowledge with friends, on your own platform, whereever you find fit. The more knowledge we spread the better our community can be!
16
17
4) Make suggestions for resources, ways to make the navigation of the site easier, etc. One of main goal of this library is to make it as user-friendly as possible as well as interactive with its users. Any suggestions are welcome and the form is under the "resource" tab at the top.
