Delivering breakfast/lunch to 30 different sites five days a week and also offering delivery if there is a barrier to getting to the food site. Created a flyer with a list of all of the school liaisons so families can reach out if housing changes, or find themselves in a homeless situation. Flyers are being distributed with meals, also sent to Chamber of Commerce to share with local businesses, as well as group of community partners that work on homeless issues in our community. Updated our website to reflect the same information. Working closing with our community's homeless collaborative to do outreach and provide resources for families. Providing paper copies of materials if students don't have access to the internet (primarily due to no service availability). Networking with Polk County and families to provide information on resources and that all evictions are suspended right now. Utilities cannot be turned off right now either. I have been making regular phone calls to families experiencing homelessness to offer support and be a consistent contact for the students and families.

We created "Help Centers" within our elementary schools. Our staff was expected to report to the school during virtual instruction. During this time para educators, teachers, and other school staff would help out in our help center. In our gym we put down tables and socially distanced students and had staff in there assisting students on any work they needed help on. Students could sign up for 1-2 hours slots to ensure that we were able to serve more students. We worked with parents schedules to find times that worked best for them.
