Copies shared with the Technical Assistance Centers (TACs) are point-in-time snapshots; the version date above identifies the snapshot. If you find a pathway, school, or LEA that is no longer active, please report it to CDE.

14	CDS Code (LEA)	14-digit County-District-School code of the Local Educational Agency (grantee / fiscal agent). Stored as text to preserve leading zeros.
15	Local Educational Agency (LEA)	LEA name as it appears in the grant application.
16	County Name	County of the LEA.
17	Application #	GSPP application number ("I" = implementation, "P" = planning, "C" = consortium).
18	SchoolName	School site name as it appears in the grant application.
19	CDS Code (School)	14-digit CDS code of the school site (or of the LEA when the record is LEA-level).
20	Pathway Name	Pathway name as it appears in the grant application.
21	RTAC	Regional Technical Assistance Center serving the LEA.
22	Pathway Status	Active, Closed, Modified, or New. Closed / Modified / New rows are color-coded.
23	Status Effective Date	Date the status change took effect (yyyy-mm-dd).
24	Status Notes	Explanation of the status change, including who confirmed it and when.
