Teachers employed before July 1, 2010 are eligible for a Lane 4 lane change with either a) a masters degree, or b) bachelors + 50 semester credits.

Teachers employed on or after July 1, 2010 must have a masters degree to be eligible for a Lane 4 lane change.

To qualify for the state legislative salary adjustment, employees must have a satisfactory or above performance rating in their most recent evaluation.

Teachers working in less than a full-time equivalent situation will have their salary prorated consistent with their employment FTE level.

Salary scheduled is indexed by 3.4%.

Teachers who work in positions of .5 FTE or greater are eligible for a step increase each year.

Teachers who work in positions less than .5 FTE are eligible for a step increase every other year.
