To use this sheet, MAKE A COPY so you can customize it to your needs. Keep track of all your prospects by filling out each column in the "PROSPECTS" tab. Below you'll find 4 rows filled out as an example. A dropdown list has been made for you in the status fields, and it will update automatically in color so you can see what has to be done for each prospect.

To customize the status: Highlight fields D3:D7 on the "PROSPECTS" tab and replace each row with the status that fits your situation best (ex. Followed up, Appointment set, etc.). The dropdown list in the prospect rows will automatically update.

To customize status colors: Highlight fields I17:I250 >Format>Conditional Formatting>Select your colors for each status

To customize bar graph colors: Edit chart>Customize>Series>Under "format data point" select the same colors chosen for each status
