Please register for this regatta ASAP (even before our deadline!) so we can start planning accordingly.*NoAny women or nonbinary sailor, from any school, that is 8th grade or older (only 9th grade and older may compete on Active team attempting to qualify). Only Active teams (sailors all from the same school) are eligible for the National Invitational in San Diego. Mixed teams are allowed (8th graders can sail on a mixed team)! But their scores will be pulled from final results. to determine the teams who qualifed. However awards will be given to Active and Mixed teams.A fantastic event meant to empower young women sailors and incentivize them to take the helm as a skipper. Our women/nonbinary sailors have always thoroughly enjoyed this event, and seen it as an important team bonding expierence.This is a National Invitational Qualifier

9/20-21NWISA Singlehands Qualifier, for ISSA Singlehands NationalsCorinthian Yacht Club, Seattle WAILCA/LasersSeptember 19th by MidnightDependant on family/sailorAny sailor who owns or has access to a race ready laser who is in 9th grade and older, and has laser expierence. Must be able to transport your own laser. Note: this is the ONLY High School Regatta sailed in lasersA challenging but fun event, great for sailors from smaller schools that want to be represent their school in a competitive format as a singlehanded sailor.This is a National Qualifier

9/27-28Fleet Race ScrimmagePort AngelesFJs/420sSeptember 19th by MidnightYesOur team is restricting this event to Sea-Team and Junior Varsity Sailors only (8th graders and older). Varsity sailors may attend, but only if they crew for a JV or Sea-Team sailor.Scrimmages come and go depending on the schedule. This is a fun venue, and place to sail. It's exciting they are hosting a regatta. Our goal is that it's a event our Sea-Team and JV sailors can be the focus, bond, and challenge themselves. Take advantage of the opportunity!This is a scrimmage. Scrimmages are low-key practice type regattas to build racing skills, and spar with other teams.

10/4-5NWISA Keelboat Qualifier, for ISSA Keelboat National InvitationalCorinthian Yacht Club, Seattle WAJ80sSeptember 19th by MidnightNoOnly sailors who sign up for this regatta, AND attend specific Keelboat practices AND are 9th and older on an Active team will be eligible. Keelboat Coaches will determine the final teams for any school that can field 4 sailors (with at least one person of the opposite gender) prior to the event, and will train with those teams. Do not sign up if you cannot commit to Nationals in Florida, December 14-15th.This is a National Qualifier! It's challenging and fun. Sailors must have trained and prepared for the event. Keelboat sailing is a whole other level of teammwork, but the same exciting racing.This is a National Invitational Qualifier

10/11-12Cascadia Cup RegattaSail Sand Point, Seattle WAFJsSeptember 19th by MidnightNoThis event is a stand alone regatta, with Gold, Silver and typically a Bronze Division. It is a promotional event where any sailor, from any team can compete, 8th grade and up. Teams will be seeded primarily based on skill level.An infamous Fall Regatta that is a rite of passage. Was your first Cascadia Cup howling wind and rain? Or 70 degrees and dead as door nail?! You never know what you're going to get with Cascadia Cup! But it's big, fun, great team bonding, and Gold Fleet (because it's promotional) includes local Collegiate Sailors (UW, WWU, UofO, etc.) so sailors can see and race against former teammates, learn about college sailing, and either huddle for warmth under a tent, or get a final tanning session before the sun goes away for the rest of the year!Promotional/Stand alone regatta

It is challenging, empowering, and fun. Mission Bay is a fantastic venue for competing and viewing. Plus, San Diego is great place to visit.This is a National Invitational Event

10/25-26Ranking Regatta #1 (of 3) NWISA Fall ChampionshipsOak Harbor Yacht Club, Oak Harbor WAFJsSeptember 19th by MidnightYesAll sailors 8th grade sailors and older may attend. However, only 9th grade and older sailors who attend the same school can sail on Active Teams in Gold Fleet, and schools are restricted to one Gold team. Schools can field multiple Silver, and Bronze Teams and these teams can be Active or Mixed with sailors who are in 8th grade or older.This is one of three Ranking Regattas, 5 Automatic Berths to Fleet Race District Championships in the Spring are up for grabs. The top 5 Gold teams that finish at this event will earn a berth to District Champs. Rankings from Gold, Silver and Bronze fleet will be used to seed Combined Division in Spring as well. Fall Champs is competive, and typically chilly and windy. It's also a great team bonding event.This is a Ranking Regatta

11/1-2Trick or Treat Team Race ScrimmageTBDFJs & 420sSeptember 19th by MidnightTBDAll sailors 8th grade sailors and older may attend.A fun end-of-year Halloween themed scrimmage to end the season, and introduce Team Race. It's typically wet and wild, so prepare for rain and cold temps! Don't worry we'll consume lots of candy, cocoa, and stay warm running rapid fire team races.This is a scrimmage. Scrimmages are low-key practice type regattas to build racing skills, and spar with other teams.
