Only Active teams (sailors all from the same school) are eligible for the National Invitational in San Diego. Mixed teams are allowed (8th graders can sail on a mixed team)! But their scores will be pulled from final results. to determine the teams who qualifed. However awards will be given to Active and Mixed teams. | A fantastic event meant to empower young women sailors and incentivize them to take the helm as a skipper. 5 | 9/27-28 | Fleet Race Scrimmage | Port Angeles | FJs/420s | September 19th by Midnight | Yes | Our team is restricting this event to Sea-Team and Junior Varsity Sailors only (8th graders and older). Varsity sailors may attend, but only if they crew for a JV or Sea-Team sailor. | Scrimmages come and go depending on the schedule. This is a fun venue, and place to sail. It's exciting they are hosting a regatta. Our goal is that it's a event our Sea-Team and JV sailors can be the focus, bond, and challenge themselves. Take advantage of the opportunity! | This is a scrimmage. Scrimmages are low-key practice type regattas to build racing skills, and spar with other teams. |

Keelboat Coaches will determine the final teams for any school that can field 4 sailors (with at least one person of the opposite gender) prior to the event, and will train with those teams. Do not sign up if you cannot commit to Nationals in Florida, December 14-15th. | This is a National Qualifier! It's challenging and fun. Sailors must have trained and prepared for the event. It is a promotional event where any sailor, from any team can compete, 8th grade and up. Teams will be seeded primarily based on skill level. | An infamous Fall Regatta that is a rite of passage. Was your first Cascadia Cup howling wind and rain? Or 70 degrees and dead as door nail?! You never know what you're going to get with Cascadia Cup! But it's big, fun, great team bonding, and Gold Fleet (because it's promotional) includes local Collegiate Sailors (UW, WWU, UofO, etc.) so sailors can see and race against former teammates, learn about college sailing, and either huddle for warmth under a tent, or get a final tanning session before the sun goes away for the rest of the year! | Promotional/Stand alone regatta |

9 | 10/25-26 | Ranking Regatta #1 (of 3) NWISA Fall Championships | Oak Harbor Yacht Club, Oak Harbor WA | FJs | September 19th by Midnight | Yes | All sailors 8th grade sailors and older may attend. However, only 9th grade and older sailors who attend the same school can sail on Active Teams in Gold Fleet, and schools are restricted to one Gold team. Schools can field multiple Silver, and Bronze Teams and these teams can be Active or Mixed with sailors who are in 8th grade or older. | This is one of three Ranking Regattas, 5 Automatic Berths to Fleet Race District Championships in the Spring are up for grabs. The top 5 Gold teams that finish at this event will earn a berth to District Champs. Rankings from Gold, Silver and Bronze fleet will be used to seed Combined Division in Spring as well. Fall Champs is competive, and typically chilly and windy. It's also a great team bonding event. | This is a Ranking Regatta |
