Total TransactionsAll transactions will be noted on the total transactions tab. All money in and out should be given a date, an event and any necessary notes. Only the treasurer should have access to editing this tab.

Event AnalysisEach event (i.e. Back to School Bash, Open House, Fall Fest, etc.) or grouping of events (Dinner Night Outs, Parent Mixers, Lounge Snacks, etc.) should get its own tab. Make a copy of Financial Report Template and change the name of the tab. Then, select the name of the event at the top of the sheet.
