Pick up secure testing materials from the Testing Closet by 7:40 a.m. - the closet next to Monze's office

Prepare testing room as needed

*Dictionaries/Thesauri, pencils, scratch paper are available

Fill out the blue OFFICIAL SEATING CHART (use pen - no pencil, no highlighter!)

*Label seat numbers, door, front of room, etc.
YELLOW SHEETS MAY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE - MTSS Supports added after 3/13 deadline.

*Add any additional proctor/break proctor names if needed

Review any testing accommodations - see the yellow Accommodations Roster

*Ensure that students are aware of their available accommodations when entering the room

*ASK if you're unsure about how to administer any acommodation
