The SHS School Counseling Department is proud to present a student and parent F.A.Q. form. This form will allow students and parents to ask general questions of the School Counselors. Please understand that the purpose of this form is to establish a standing F.A.Q. on Post-Secondary Planning, Course Planning, Naviance, and more that is accessible to all Susquehannock students, faculty, and parents; therefore, this Google Form will PUBLICLY display the history of asked questions and answers. The SHS Counseling Department reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate. 12/6/16GraduateReport Cards & TranscriptsHow do I request a transcript after I've graduated?A request needs to be made in writing. Please email Mrs. Samantha Whittie at samantha.whittie@sycsd.org with your name at the time of graduation, graduation year and where the transcript needs to be sent.
