Also on this page is a link to GotSport's HELP database (Zendesk) - you can search for instructions for all GotSport tasks.

Due May 1Create/Update Required Admin RolesThese steps will ensure that your club page at norcalpremier.com looks correct. All of the data you enter will automatically transfer. Remember that you can only use the fields that have been approved for your club.

AFTER Spring season concludesUpdate Team Names (and add new teams)Go to your 'Teams' list in GotSport and update necessary names individually. DO NOT CHANGE THE TEAM AGE! Remember that teams age up automatically on August 1st. When adding new teams, make sure they are designated as US Club - Competitive in the drop-downs.

Available June 1 for 24/25 seasonRegsiter Teams to Rostering EventThis step must be done before 1) teams can register for league events, 2) players/staff can be added to rosters for the purpose of buying their passes.

Registration for the 24/25 season begins on June 1. 24/25 passes become active on July 1. Players and coaches must have a valid 24/25 pass for any games after July 31.Add new players & staff to your club (or renew existing). See the section named "US Club Player/Staff Passes – Registration" on the HELP page for all instructions.All youth participants as well as coaches and managers must have a valid US Club pass. These passes are issued through US Club Soccer and provide insurance. Data from these registrations is sent from US Club Soccer to NorCal (GotSport) to ensure that all players are valid. Game rosters cannot be created untill passes are issued for the current season (this includes payment). All questions about player/coach registration should be directed to US Club Soccer - https://usclubsoccer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
