Session Notetaker: Taking verbatim notes is important as we are not allowed to record and the admin will not send us summaries of the session. Multiple notetakers

Coffee/Food Procurer: Picking up food and coffee for the session

Childcare: Will be in the caucus room/GEO office with children of GEO members so parents can attend (toys available in GEO office)

Check-in/Door Monitor: checks people in using Airtable form, makes sure they’re GEO members, and shares bargaining room rules. Ensures no one takes bargaining documents out of the room
