Coach CianiWhat kind of equipment do I need for the Spring Training?For the most part, all you need is your bodyweight, a couple of towels, some places around the the house to set - up and the ability to be creative with your training space.

Coach CianiWhat if I have some XYZ equipment, can I use it?Definitely, this is where you have to be creative and training to your abilitites. If you bands, hand wieghts, dumbbells or whatever incorporate them into your training. If you have more questions you can pose them here or contact your speciifc Strength Coach.

Coach CianiI don't know how to or what a certain exercise is?Go to the link at the bottom of the page and it will take you to a playlist on our YouTube page. The majority of the exercises are on the playlist and if not search the page it is probably on there somewhere.

I could never even fathom performing as well as you did, what is a regular guy to do?Thanks for the comment, it is all in the intent. If you are 100% dialed in during the training, you will get everything out of it that you need and more. Don't worry about looking pristine put energy into attention to detail and mental focus, all that will come out in the wash.

Coach CianiHey Coach Ciani, on the Vertical Jump videos I noticed you don't really get that high off the ground? What gives?Yes, I noticed that also. It was disappointing to say the least, trust me there was intent to jump as explosively and as high as possible but it just didn't happen that day.
