28 | The standard durations for each event type are: - LIGHTNING TALKS: 20 minutes - RECITALS: 25 minutes - WORKSHOPS, PRESENTATIONS, MASTERCLASSES: 50 minutes - SHARED RECITALS: durations vary - STUDENT ENSEMBLES (evening foyer performances): 15 minutes | |||||||||
29 | All events will start at the listed time and last for the standard event duration, unless otherwise indicated. Event end times are rounded to the nearest 10-minute increment for ease of reading the schedule. | |||||||||

31 | Finding a specific event | |||||||||
32 | The easiest way to find an event by a particular artist in the schedule is: 1.) If you already know the day of the event: select the tab corresponding to that day at the bottom of the spreadsheet window. If you do not know the day, begin on Day 1. 2.) Press Ctrl/Command + F, 3.) Type the presenter's last name 4.) If no results appear, select the next tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet window. Repeat until you find the event. | |||||||||
