Salary cover is calculated as: (total sales amount / agent's earnings). There is therefore a greater incentive to sell additional items as the more an agent sells, the multiplier effect means that their commission is higher. It is important to note that this is not a progressive scale. i.e. commission is not earned up to 1x an agent's monthly salary at a certain percentage and then beyond 1x their monthly salary at a higher percentage. It is an all-or-nothing. At the end of the period, each agent's salary is compared to the total sales generated (as determined below) by that agent to ascertain which category they fall into and the sales commission is determined by applying the percentages in that category.

The sales commission is determined applying the above percentages to 1 month's service revenue (i.e. not applicable to domains) except for SSL which is 2 month's revenue. Revenue is determined on a excl. VAT basis.
