7 | To sort and filter this information, click the filter views icon above the top-left of the table (next to the print icon), then select "Create new temporary filter." Now each column has a small triangle icon made of lines -- clicking these will expose drop-down menus where you can choose how you want to organize the table. | |||||||||||||

10 | To alphabetize by common name, for example, choose the "Sort (A -> Z)" option on Column C. | |||||||||||||

13 | To show only plants that are pollinator-attracting, for example, check only the values you want to keep (in this case, "X"). Unchecking "(Blank)" in the Pollinator-attracting column (Column E) filters the entire table to only show plants with that characteristic. You can stack these filters, so (for example) we could further drill down by making sure we're selecting from plants that do ok in fast-draining soils (Column T). | |||||||||||||
