The following template MUST be used to submit your proposal. Failure to do so will result in the proposal being rejected.

Please fill out the "Organization Information" section of the summary sheet in its entirety.

Please only enter information on tabs that are applicable to the mission of your organization.

Provide links to any supporting documents or proof of purchases, such as quotes or pricing for items. You are welcome to use actual receipts from last year or this year as supporting documentation.

Pictures used for documentation can be inserted on the "Supporting Documentation" tab.

Once completed, save this file using a standardized name consisting of "YourOrganizationName_FY24BudgetProposal"

Submit this budget using the "Operational Budget Proposal" form, found on the Link at the Treasurer's Portal.
