Carman-Buckner Elementary School's dedicated staff maintain the for excellence and building Leadership Skills within all our students. Collectively our strong teacher teams work toward fulfilling the Waukegan School District vision of ensuring that every school is a thriving school, preparing all students for college, career and community. Our aligned and standards-based curriculum has resulted in recent exponential increases in student achievement. Throughout the halls visitors will hear Cougar scholars celebrating their successes, exclaiming how they have reached their goals, "See the P.R.I.D.E. in me, Respectful and Responsible is the only way to be."
