This spreadsheet features the links included in the School Medicaid Database. The Summary identifies each state's school Medicaid program name and links to state Medicaid and education agency websites and the school Medicaid handbook.

Each state has its own tab for document links and assigned categories. All resources marked “other” are not contained within the database and are not necessarily state documents. Rather, they are useful resources that were found during the research process.
