How to Use

1. Use salary.com, Indeed, or a collaborative group compensation process to determine min, mid, and max salary ranges for each role. Type those values into the yellow box for each role.

2. Input into Column I the percentage of time IN DECIMAL FORMAT that the candidate will spend in each role (box highlighted in gray).

each role/area will populate in columns E, F, & G.

Total salary compensation will populate next to the Recommended Salary box (highlighted in teal).

4. Choose the salary that best aligns with your compensation philosophy (lag, match, or beat) and budget.
