2	Business Needs Assessment Survey	Partnering with Dearborn Chamber of Commerce to survey local businesses on their health and well-being needs. Kari and Craig are working with a cohort of Dr. Sampson’s Public Health students to create of a Business Needs Assessment survey. The students will work with our Action Team to finalize the survey questions. The plan is to distribute the survey in January or February. 4	Healthy at Work Action Team monthly newsletter	Sending the Chamber members and businesses a monthly newsletter. The newsletter will be a one-page PDF. We will select one topic for each month, plus a healthy recipe. Kari will pull together the January newsletter (more discussion about the content of the newsletter will happen through email and the January Action Team meeting). The newsletter (PDF) will be attached to the Chamber monthly communication to it’s members and businesses.
