Instructions for Use
1. Complete all tabs sequentially: Each tab builds on the previous one, from high-level targets to granular assignments.
2. Document assumptions: Use the 'Issues & Q's' tab to log all key business assumptions, dependencies, or open questions that arise during your planning process. Use this to track progress and action items with your CSM.
3. Review and finalize: The completed workbook represents the final plan design to be implemented in Fullcast.
