We discussed how we were going to spread agriculture tourism and what farms we can focus on that would let us use their farm for that purpose. We spilt up into groups, each group got a town out of Warren, Morris or Goshen and looked up farms in that area.
Each group came up with as many farms as they could find. Deadline: next meeting

This meeting we made a email to send out to a farm in Goshen and to see if we could help out on their farm tour day. By doing this we will learn all about what the event should hold as we don't know much because this is the first year we are doing an event like this. We feel that this would benefit us and also benefit future years.
All are waiting for a response from Goshen Farm.

Went over committee events for people who could not go to the Holiday Stroll. We went over what we need to improve on for next year, which is better signage and pamphlets. Buffy the Silkie and Bunny the Lamb went very well and overall the event was very successful. We also went over our next event which is the Accepted Student Night in March. We talked about what we should improve on from last year's. Like better ways to match up and a variety of music.
