California Newsreel Cornelius Moore contact@newsreel.orgFor previously licensed DVD can send Vimeo-On-Demand "coupon" links for Teachers and facilitators to distribute to each student. Vimeo will require students to have a free login account (email, facebook, google and password) to use the link but once logged in these links function as a coupon for a single user 48 hour rental of the title. Each "coupon" link is unique and supplies may be limited, so please conservatively estimate your need. Email contact@newsreel.org with the following information:
1. The title of the film needed
2. A proof of purchase (an order number, scanned receipt or we can query your history)
3. The number of students you wish to grant access to (links are limited)
Please note that this program is experimental and a work in progress. We hope to turn around requests within 24 hours but this policy is subject to change.

PBSAthina LIvanos-Propst. alivanospropst@pbs.orgAthina recommends the two following existing free resources from PBS: The American Archive of Public Broadcasting https://americanarchive.org/ is a multi-station archive of a lot of PBS material from years back. It's a good place to start if you are looking for a streaming option for something you have on VHS.
PBS LearningMedia https://www.pbslearningmedia.org/ is our always free to stream platform specifically for educators. This is the collection that I work on. We have many clips from a ton of programs. You might not find that full episode of NOVA a faculty member is asking for, but you might find the clip that they actually want to use. Athina is the librarian for the site and happy to help try to locate specific clips
