1. Téléchargez le fichier, sauvegardez le en le renomant avec le nom de votre société et la date: charteredprices-yourcompany-date

2. Lister vos transporteurs affrétés et leur identifiant unique (pk) dans l'onglet PARTNERS

3. Saisissez les tarifs affrétés :

# nom du transporteur

# identifiant unique du transporteur dans Dashdoc

# zone d'enlèvement (à définir dans le fichier Zones TP, ATTENTION les désignations doivent parfaitement correspondre, le champ est sensible à la Casse des caractères)

# zone d'enlèvement (à définir dans le fichier Zones TP, ATTENTION les désignations doivent parfaitement correspondre, le champ est sensible à la Casse des caractères)

# description du prix

# unité de taxation (FLAT...)

# quantité de taxation

# valeur en € du prix

# tarif soumis à l'indexation gasoil ou non

# unité de limitation de validité du tarif

# valeur minimum de validité du tarif, cette valeur est obligatoiresi une unité de limitation est définie. Cette valeur sera incluse (≥)

# valeur maximum de validité du tarif, définir un maximum est optionel. Si définie, la valeur max sera incluse (≤)

3. Sauvegarder et envoyer le fichier à votre référent Dashdoc

1. Download the file, save it with a new name that contains your company and the date: charteredprices-yourcompany-date

2. List your partners and their pk in the PARTNERS tab

3. Fill in your transportation plan in the data tab

# id of the carrier company in DD

# origin area (should be defined in Zones TP file, use the exact same zone names than the ones filled in "Zones TP" template (ATTENTION : case sensitive)

# destination area (should be defined in Zones TP file, using the exact same zone names than the ones filled in "Zones TP" template (ATTENTION : case sensitive))

# description of the price

# units for pricing(FLAT...)

# quantity of units

# price value of one unit

# flag to use gas index or not

# quantity limits unit

# quantity limits, if used a minimum is mandatory, the mini limit value is included (≥)

# quantity limits, to define a max is optional. If defined, the max limit value is included (≤)

4. Save it and send the file to your Dashdoc contact

1. Download het bestand, sla het op en hernoem het naar uw bedrijfsnaam en datum: charteredprices-bedrijf-datum

2. Vermeld uw onderaannemers en hun unieke identificatiecode (pk) in het tabblad PARTNERS

3. Voer de chartertarieven in:

# naam onderaannemer

# unieke identifier van de vervoerder in Dashdoc

# laadzone (te definiëren in het TP Zones bestand, WAARSCHUWING de aanduidingen moeten perfect overeenkomen, het veld is hoofdlettergevoelig)

# loszone (te definiëren in het TP Zones bestand, WAARSCHUWING de aanduidingen moeten perfect overeenkomen, het veld is hoofdlettergevoelig)

# prijsbeschrijving

# type prijs (vast, per ton...)

# “1” in geval van een vaste prijs, anders het aantal eenheden (bijvoorbeeld “20” indien de prijs een prijs is voor 20 ton)

# prijs onderworpen aan dieselindexering of niet

# eenheid van toepassing op de staffels, bijvoorbeeld “gewicht”, of “afstand”

# ondergrens prijsstaffel. De aangegeven prijs is geldig vanaf (≥) deze hoeveelheid (bijvoorbeeld 10 ton). Dit veld is verplicht in te vullen indien “unit_for_min_max” werd ingevuld.

# bovengrens prijsstaffel. De aangegeven prijs is geldig tot en met (≤) deze hoeveelheid (bijvoorbeeld 30 ton). Dit veld is optioneel.

4. Sla het bestand op en stuur het naar uw Dashdoc contactpersoon
