Kindergarten Class Photographer: Respsonsible for taking pictures of BOTH Kindergarten classes during class events and field trips (or gets those pics from parents in attendance) to place in classroom website and submits select event pictures to yearbook team

Responsible for coming in on Friday mornings to file remaining papers and stuff them in the Friday folders

You will be the primary organizer of this party. 2-3 weeks prior to party, you need to get in touch with your teacher to find out party date/time, any desired activities/food/crafts, etc. You are responsible for party planning and with help from class coordinator (for emails and signup sheets) send out notices to class parents to sign up for food, games, crafts, etc. Will coordiante date and activities with Ms. Schwinn's Fall Party Coordinator

Food Drive Coordinator - November:
Every November RMAE collects food items for the local senior citizens. Each grade is assigned a different needed food item (List TBD)
You will be responsible for
1) Communicate/remind (via your class coordinator) your class parents about the assigned food items for our class
2) Collect food items from classroom boxes and hold on to them until distribution day
3) Help sort food items into delivery boxes
4) Help wrap the delivery boxes

Teacher/Aid Gift Coordinator - December and May:
Twice a year we collect monetary (voluntary) donations for our teacher & aide(s) towards group gifts for the holidays (December) and End of the Year (May) You will send out notices (via your classroom coordinator) of collection dates/deadlines, collect the funds and purchase gift(s)/gift cards for your teacher & aide(s) on behalf of the class.

Community Service Day Coordinators - Spring:
1-2 volunteers to coordinate and plan, with the Teacher, PTO Community Service Day Chair and Classroom Coordinator, a day of giving back and learning for the class. Role includes selecting a project, contacting non-profit agencies, sending out sign-up sheets for supplies and volunteers. The planning process starts in November with a brief meeting, intensifies in February ending in a full day spent with the students, their teacher and parent volunteers in April/May. Be a key part of this amazing day and experience the joy of coming together and making a difference.

Random Acts of Kindness Event Coordinator - May:
You will be the primary organizer of this event.   3-4 weeks prior to the event, you need to get in touch with your teacher to discuss the specifics.  You are responsible for organizing an event for the school that would show kindness to our community (e.g. collect toiletries for the senior center, etc.).  You will receive help from class coordinator (for emails and signup sheets) send out notices to class parents.
