4	This workbook consolidates product- and transit-experience-relevant posts and comments from the six Reddit threads supplied by the user. Deleted comments, joke-only replies, and tangential discussions (for example, general politics or advertising) were excluded so the dataset stays focused on the Holo Hele case study.

8	Coding approach
9	Comments were coded using a multi-code framework. Each entry has one primary theme and may also have secondary codes. The coding is an AI-assisted research draft intended for synthesis; it should be spot-checked against the source threads before publishing exact portfolio statistics. Theme counts overlap because one comment can support more than one theme.

23	The workbook is a focused scrape rather than a forensic archive of every visible reply. Reddit pages can change, deleted content is unavailable, and vote counts were not consistently exposed in the page text used for extraction. The data should be described as Reddit posts/comments, not unique riders. Thread coverage is useful for showing recurrence across discussions, but it does not represent Oʻahu-wide prevalence.
