46 | CHIEF TIMER | Responsible for organizing and supervising the timers. Fills in when needed at lanes. Insures that all timers are aware of their very important role and responsibilities - one provided by each pool | ||||||||||

48 | CHIEF PLACE JUDGE | Determines the Order of finishes based on the information on the Timecards of the swimmers in a particular event along with the Place slips from the Place judges and Ref. - one provided by each pool | ||||||||||

52 | STROKE & TURN | Responsible to judge that all swimmers compete in a fair manner by following all the Rules as Set forth in the ALPS rulebook - Should have a fair knowledge of swimming - SNC qualified is preferred, but not required | ||||||||||

54 | TIMER | Times swimmers in each lane for each event. 3 per lane(3x6=18) - 9 from each pool. Each lane should have representatives from each of the competing pools | ||||||||||

56 | RECORDER | Records the order of finishes for each event in the score sheet calculating the final score for the meet. - One provided by each pool | ||||||||||

58 | RIBBONS | Organizes, collates and distributes the ribbons to the swimmers based on the order of finish for each event provided in the score sheet - Provided by Hosting pool | ||||||||||
