REFEREEIn charge of the meet. Should be SNC qualified. Must have attended the Referee meeting at the beginning of the season.- Provided by hosting pool

STARTERStarts all races once the Ref hands over control. Responsible for the pace of the meet.- Provided by hosting pool

CHIEF TIMERResponsible for organizing and supervising the timers. Fills in when needed at lanes. Insures that all timers are aware of their very important role and responsibilities - one provided by each pool

CHIEF PLACE JUDGEDetermines the Order of finishes based on the information on the Timecards of the swimmers in a particular event along with the Place slips from the Place judges and Ref. - one provided by each pool

PLACE JUDGERecords the order of finish by visual observation. - One provided by each pool

STROKE & TURNResponsible to judge that all swimmers compete in a fair manner by following all the Rules as Set forth in the ALPS rulebook - Should have a fair knowledge of swimming - SNC qualified is preferred, but not required

TIMERTimes swimmers in each lane for each event. 3 per lane(3x6=18) - 9 from each pool. Each lane should have representatives from each of the competing pools

RECORDERRecords the order of finishes for each event in the score sheet calculating the final score for the meet. - One provided by each pool

RIBBONSOrganizes, collates and distributes the ribbons to the swimmers based on the order of finish for each event provided in the score sheet - Provided by Hosting pool

RUNNER 1Responsible for the collecting of the completed timecards and finish slip at the end of each heat of each event and delivering them to the Chief Finish Judge - provided by the hosting pool
