Q: Why isn't Alina ยท Eve kimochi considered?

A: 1. It's not granted that it will ever be rerun; F4 gave it the consideration of special edition that separate it from regular kimochi battles, so it's likely that we will have less opportunities to test units. 2. With 7 tiles and charge-blast weakness the amount of possible paths is immeasurable, and theory-crafting is specially difficult. 3. f4 doesn't release units meant for Alina Eve, so every unit has the potential of being meta making the list very unstable; we'd need to review that category whenever a new unit releases, which is too much work.
